LEAD 2025
This year, three of our team members, William Graff, Aaron Bluett, and Kavitha Sadasivam, had the opportunity to attend Volaris’ LEAD (Leadership, Education, and Development) 2025 Conference in Panama as part of the Bacchus Portfolio team.
The three-day event brought together more than 200 leaders from 21 countries across 6 continents, featuring inspiring keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and workshops. Sessions focused on talent development, the role of AI in business, long-term strategic planning, and strengthening operations within businesses like ours.
It was a fantastic opportunity to share ideas, build new connections, and gain fresh perspectives. But the learning didn’t stop at the conference! The team also had the chance to explore beautiful Panama, from hiking Volcán Barú to discovering the sights and history of the city by land and sea.
It was truly a memorable experience, and they’ve returned refreshed and excited to put their new insights into action here in New Zealand and Australia.
