From Survey to Tree Planting

At Broadcast M.A.P. , we believe our work should create impact beyond the business itself. This year, we wanted to do something simple, meaningful, and grounded in our values, so we turned to trees.

As part of our annual survey, we committed to support a reforestation initiative in recognition of the valuable feedback we received. That small idea grew into planting 120 native trees, made possible by the incredible support of our clients, partners, and the people we work alongside every day.

We partnered with the Pupuke Birdsong Project, a local organisation dedicated to restoring biodiversity through tree planting, pest control, and environmental education in the Devonport-Takapuna area. Their work supports conservation efforts in schools, parks, and ecological hot spots.

These 120 native trees were planted in Castor Bay, contributing directly to the restoration of this beautiful local environment.

By joining hands with them, we're proud to contribute to Aotearoa’s Predator Free 2050 goals and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. We believe that protecting and restoring the natural environment of Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland – and across Aotearoa New Zealand – is essential to the wellbeing of our people, culture, and future.

We’re truly grateful to everyone who helped bring this idea to life!  It shows how small contributions, when combined, can create meaningful change.
