BCM Catch Up

For more than three decades, Broadcast M.A.P. has been part of the media industry, and recently, we had the chance to see what three decades really looks like — not in a timeline or an anniversary logo, but in a room full of people.

We invited past and present team members back for an evening of catching up. As the clock edged towards 4pm, familiar faces began to arrive. Some hadn't walked through our doors in more than ten years, while others were reconnecting with colleagues they hadn't seen since working side by side. Before long, it felt as though no time had passed at all.

The stories returned first. Then came the inside jokes, the shared memories, and the old workplace dynamics that seemed to slot effortlessly back into place. It was a reminder that while businesses evolve, the relationships built within them often endure long after people have moved on.

Just as meaningful were the conversations about everything that happened afterwards. Careers had taken different paths, families had grown, businesses had been built, and new chapters had unfolded. There was genuine curiosity about where life had taken everyone since their time at Broadcast M.A.P., and a shared appreciation for the role the company had played in those journeys.

Companies often celebrate milestones by looking back at products, technology, or achievements. They're all worth recognising, but an evening like this is a reminder that a company's greatest legacy is its people.
