Live Reads
AudioNET is expanding its Audio Verification capability to include Live Reads, using AI to identify and verify spot types not currently covered.
A Live Read is when a radio presenter reads an advertisement live on air rather than playing a pre-recorded spot. Because the content is spoken in the moment, traditional fingerprinting and audio matching technology cannot verify whether it was delivered.
AI changes this by analysing broadcast audio in real time, identifying when a live read has been delivered and confirming it against the booked schedule — bringing the same level of Audio Verification to Live Reads that agencies, advertisers, and commercial radio stations already rely on for pre-recorded campaigns
